MENARD COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT

The Menard County Hospital District d/b/a Menard Manor is accepting sealed bids from qualified General Contractors for the Resident Room 15 & 17 Plumbing Repair and Renovation Project at Menard Manor, Menard, Texas.
The project generally includes:

Coordination of licensed asbestos consulting and asbestos abatement.

Demolition necessary to access and repair an existing plumbing leak.

Plumbing repairs.

Replacement of sheetrock, texture, and paint.

Flooring removal and replacement as required.

Installation of ADA countertop, sink, faucet, and cabinetry.

Reinstallation of room accessories.
-
Restoration of both resident rooms to finished condition.

The bids will be opened 7/27/26 at the MCHD regular board meeting at 6:00 PM at the First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall.
The Menard County Hospital District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and award the contract deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
